Kamp the Big Game Hunter:

Kamp travels across the galaxy in search of the next big game to hunt.

Model: Rifleman with "shadow arrow" attached to "weapon" (shadow arrow is also projectile)

1: Burst Fire (Switch (passive to passive stack with active chance)) 1 is added to the stack every second until it reaches 100. While enabled, attacks drain 3 from the stack but shoot 3 bullets at a time, slightly offset from eachother with the potential to deal 3x damage. While disabled the stack continues to rise but fires 1 bullet and only takes 1 off the stack. If the stack ever reaches 0, it does not rise until an active ability is used. The ability reverts the stack to 50 and begins adding again, but the hero will be slowed for a long duration (here's where you pSa switch)

2: Track (active target) Gives a buff to target unit. Every second that the buff is on the unit until (forever), a small effect lasting 10 seconds is placed at its position and energy based damage is dealt.

3: Big Weapon (cycle) Uses a big weapon (a cycle works by adding 1 after each cast, effectively changing the ability itself in a cycle)
a: Rocket Launcher (active target) A massive rocket is launched at the target enemy unit. Its speed increases each iteration its angle/direction does not change. It explodes dealing aoe damage after 5 seconds. (Think like snake's rocket launcher in smash brothers. The more you turn the rocket, the slower it moves.)
b: Laser (active target) For 5 seconds Kamp shoots his helmet mounted laser at target unit, dealing dot. Ends abruptly if target pSa switches. Kamp can move and attack normally during the 5 seconds (instant cast)
c: Javelin (active aoe) Kamp launches a massive missile high into the air, which comes down on target area dealing massive damage. The missile comes down exactly 5 seconds after cast, and an be targeted at up to 5000 game units away.

Ultimate: Heat seeker (passive): Kamp can see his normal vision radius but pathing does not affect his distance (can see over trees and such, you can do this with a simple flying dummy that gets moved to kamp's position every second)
