New Hero Lich guy

im not too sure if hes that imbalanced i just feel that the cooldown on the skeleton summoning needs to be a little higher cuz ive had games where i cant do anything cuz im up against a horde of 12 skeletons

That's not possible. The most he can have out is 8. Get an AoE skill and they will all die.
