the best hero combos
If you want to win, you'll pick a str hero and an int hero. This is because mana/hp pools are shared.
In the image below you can see the advantages given to survivability by combo, this assumes that you start fights with your hero that has the highest shields first then swap to the one with the highest health.

Re: the best hero combos
Interesting thread. The thing is, though, that's assuming you can use your int hero until you run out of shields and then swap to your strength hero. Because you sometimes have to swap for other reasons, you may not be able to do this at your leisure.
If you're caught in a bad spot, you might get the opposite of what you want - your strength hero's shields, and your int hero's health pool. In which case your maximum scenario becomes a minimum - a score of 2, by your system.
This is disregarding other factors, such as the fact that agility heroes have the best late game scaling and could potentially tear through your shields and hit points without a problem.

Nice graph!
In theory, you are right CooZ. But because things happen so fast in perSonas, sometimes it isn't that clean cut (as Bengal mentioned).
Some agility heroes actually don't have an average of 2/2 like in your graph. Some are even weaker.
However, as Bengal mentioned, agility heroes shine late game. I think some are even imbalanced, but that's a different discussion altogether.

Re: the best hero combos
damn, hit the back key by accident.
There is one exception that I should point out, when they go agil+str (which slighty sacrifices survivability for good late game) they will be hard to kill and decent in lane, then much better late game. So I anticipate the best teams being (3-4) * int+str and maybe (1-2) * agil+str.
You don't have to 100% agree, but there is a definite advantage, however because personas isn't clean cut the advantage can vary.
That is partly true, on the offensive you can very easily maximize your survivability and as long as you keep the concept in mind you'll be helped significantly. Also, the 5 including a strength hero (agi+str) is almost as good as Int+str, because it lets you fight with your fragile agil hero then swap to a 800 hp beheamoth to escape or finish.Because you sometimes have to swap for other reasons, you may not be able to do this at your leisure.
I think we can agree that agility heroes get very powerful. However to do so they must farm good items, in lane they will likely be decimated so that forces them to creep something I don't think anyone enjoys. So yes, agi heroes can be good late game at the cost of a significant period of boredom. Even then, one must remember how short a personas game is, because kills win you the game instead of pushing by the time the agil hero becomes farmed the team could be significantly down in kills and still easily focus fire to kill the farmed agil hero.agility heroes have the best late game scaling and could potentially tear through your shields and hit points without a problem.

Also don't forget if you go both of the same type you save a lot on getting mono-stat items, which helps your damage etc. Furthermore, agi heros end up with a lot of armor, which makes up for much of the weak shield/hp.

@quan
Those are definitely good points, but try a int+str combo-- the difference is very noticeable.
