Some heroes show up as revivable at hero select taverns

Played as the shinobi/ninja hero. When he died, I looked at the tavern to check out some other heroes to read and notice there were about 4 icons in each tavern saying I could revive him. It requires lumber to revive so there is no exploitation, but is something to fix.
