ITEM LIST FAQ

A brief list of the items in perSonas:

Ancient of Wonders / Naga Shrine sells Wards, Gem, TP scroll, Healing Salve, Silver Necklace, Belt of Strength, Headband, Mantle.

Panda has everything else, but you have 5 sub shops within the Panda's massive bulk.

Damage and attack speed:

1250g Iron Sword +22 damage (yawn)
1250g Gloves of Power +20% ias and restores 10 mana per second (shield regeneration makes this item actually decent)
2500g Bloodripper Gauntlets, adds some ias and damage or something...check the tooltip (can you tell I don't really like this item?)
2500g Enchanted Treads +40% ias +35 ms (your basic treads, not quite so cheap but a pretty solid item really)
4000g Phoenix Talon +45 damage +25 dmg / sec immolation (think Radiance)
4000g Standard Rifle +45 damage +20% 2x crit (its a gun and you get crits and stuff)
4000g Enchanted Blade +20 damage, and, if the target has shields, burns 70 shield points per hit.
4000g Mask of the Lunatic +50% ias and a chance on hit to go nuts, increasing attack speed by 20% and movement speed by 20% for 8 seconds (the proc on this is pretty amazing, particularly on certain heroes)

All stats:

550g Silver Necklace +3 all stats (excellent starting item, especially for those who are new to the game.)
1000g Gold Necklace +5 all stats (another good early item, this one's a bit larger and a bit pricier.)
2500g Crown of Kings +8 all stats, income bonus, loss of additional gold upon death (this is a great item. The stats give you a nice boost so you can still compete, but then you can save up better for something big. Just don't die.)
4000g Amulet of Spell Shield +15 all stats, spell block (Blocks a hostile spell every 60 seconds. Pretty sweet imo.)
4000g Spellstone +16 all stats, adds 1x your intelligence (shield stat) to most of your offensive abilities.* (zomg did someone say awesome caster item? *will not work for some abilities but will work for most...mainly for balance reasons.)

Strength:

500g Belt of Strength +5 Strength and 35% chance to block 30 damage (often overlooked, this item is fantastic for farming neutral creeps with a strength hero. A solid early item.)
1250g Titan's Bracer +4 all stats and an additional +6 strength (a beefy bracer, really good for making your hero tough quickly. My personal recommendation for new players after they get Silver Necklace[s].)
2500g Eye of Sargeras +20 strength +5 hp regen/sec (hit points don't normally regenerate at all and healing spells are weak, so this item is a lot better than it looks)
2500g Infernal Cleaver +15 strength +20 damage, 25% cleaving attack (pretty simple, get it if you want a nice cleaving attack)
4000g Lionheart Pendant +30 strength +20% command aura (woo, command aura!)
4000g Vampire Fang +20 strength +25 damage +20% life leech (again, hit points don't regenerate so this item is really nice. However, it's pretty much the only 4000g item that doesn't upgrade into an 8000g item, along with Enchanted Blades and Mask of the Lunatic)

Combat: (okay so this is really agility but we named it combat cuz we're cool like that, but I'm saying agility in this FAQ dammit)

475g Headband +8 agility, 1 hp/sec regen (As I mentioned, your hp doesn't normally regen so this item's another great early game choice. Of course, strength and int heroes don't really gain much from the agility so it may not be worth it on them...use it if you're laning as ranged agility early, or doing neutrals as melee agility...gives your heroes a very nice boost to help them compete.)
1250g Wraith Blade +4 all stats, +6 agility, +6 damage (Wtf, Titan's bracer didn't get 6 damage, how come this does? It's because agility is a weaker stat than strength. We give nice bonuses on it)
2500g Wind Blade +15 agility, +20% attack rate, +8% ms (nonstacking) (A pretty solid alternative to Treads if you're using agility heroes.)
2500g Houdini Charm +20 agility, removes all debuffs every 8 seconds (This item rocks! That's right, every 8 seconds of game time your hero will have all debuffs on him removed without having to do anything.)
4000g Sol +20 agility, +20 damage, On-use Purge spell (So the agility and damage on it aren't super impressive for 4000g, but come on, you get a Purge spell.)
4000g Luna +35 agility, AoE silencing aura (Another excellent item. The silencing aura is as follows: If an enemy within 300 units casts a spell, it Silences them for 3 seconds.)

Intelligence: (so this is really your shield stat. This name change actually makes sense, but I'm still gonna call it "Int" here for simplicity)

500g Mantle +5 int, +1 armor (Another great early game item.)
1250g Magician's Staff +4 all stats, +6 bonus int, +1 hp/sec non-stacking regen aura (Again, hp regeneration is good in this game so this item's quite nice.)
2500g Spell Shield +15 int, +15% magic resistance (Another often-overlooked item. Resistance to magic damage is awesome! The magic resistance on this item affects your shields as well as your hit points, making it really excellent - normally your shields take 100% damage from all sources.)
2500g Aura Ring +15 int, +15 mana/sec brilliance aura, +5 armor aura (A great team item for obvious reasons. Armor and shield regeneration are very useful stats that aren't easy to get, either. But only use it if you're playing well as a team; it's probably not worth it in 1v1 or 2v2)
4000g Rune Sword +25 int, +20 damage, gives you spells (Okay, this is probably the coolest item in the game right now. Every 2 minutes on the in-game timer, your heroes receive a random rune spell. Spells include Rune Lightning, Windwalk, Rejuvenation and Double-damage Roar. You may only have one spell at a time, so use it within 2 minutes!)
4000g Duriel's Shell +30 int, frost armor (Another really good item. You don't even have to cast the frost armor; it's done automatically and it's pretty excellent. However, it only stays on your hero some of the time to keep it balanced - basically 2 seconds out of every 6 if you're taking damage, and all of the time if you're not.)

Elite Items - All of these are automatically formed from two 4000g items. They're all bad-ass, so I won't add editorial notes.

The Boomstick (Standard Rifle + Phoenix Talon) - Adds 75 damage or something ridiculous like that, and 30% for 2x crit, and 30% for 200 (or is it 300?) aoe damage on attack.

The Moonblade (Sol + Luna) - Adds 70 agility and gives your attacks a 10% chance to Silence the target for 2 seconds.

The Gatekeeper (Lionheart Pendant + Duriel's Shell) - Adds 30 shield, 30 strength, 15 armor, 20% command aura and a chilling aura that slows nearby enemy movement speed by 15%.

The Wand of Elune (Rune Sword + Spellstone) - Adds 20 to all stats, and an additional 25 int. Adds 1.5x your int in damage for most offensive abilities. Also gives you the Wrath of Elune spell every 2 minutes, the way your Rune Sword did. You don't get the Rune Sword rune abilities anymore, but you'll be fine with Wrath of Elune.)

b2 has some exciting new items coming out for you guys to enjoy.

we have 5 planned from what i remember, four being recipes of level 2 items (opposed to level 3).

do you have a description of the new items/heroes up anywhere on the site?

not yet i dont think.

we definitely should get those up here, as well as the new ones coming for b3. there's a lot of changes being planned and we haven't done a good job of reflecting the site to those changes.
