Let's cut that manacost off the ulti, but actually keep Gone With The Wind as it is in b1 -- suggest a 5 second cd increase. It's actually plenty good.

I think 5 sec Cd is too much since he goes only invisi for 2 sec. Maybe like 2-3 Sec + a low phase time would be better?

Already removed Twisted Fury's mana cost in b2.

Gone with the Wind received some minor tweaks.

I realize. The movement speed bonus scales slightly better than current, however the windwalk is still 2 seconds and I increased the cooldown from 20/16/12/8 to 20/17/14/11.
