So I've been playing with the Wind Panda for some time and I've noticed that his [R] spell (the one that does multiple cracks on the ground in a line) doesn't work sometimes. It happened to me at least 3 times in one game. I would cast it, nothing would happen and the spell will begin the cooldown. I'm not sure if it was just the lvl 2 or 3 that did this, but it did happen.
