Game Breaking Fire Panda Dual Item Spawning Bug.

Playing a friendly 2v1 when at 21:00 the strangest thing happened, my ulti procced and the image of me attacking stayed and preceeded to attack any creeps/heroes that came close, it also provided Line of Sight. That is not all, the items i was carrying at the time also spawned in the center of the map! Here is the reply: I suggest playing from 1/2 speed from 20:30 onwards.
I could not recreate the bug.
