We're beginning development on perSonas b4.

We have the following changes scheduled:

- new items, as well as reworked items and pricing
- minor stability rewrites
- reduced gold income with a mode to adjust income
- changes to ayla
- changes to thrall
- changes to anja
- changes to bloodknight
- changes to shinobi
- changes to lich
- changes to raider
- nerf to PK's bullshit ultimate
- new hero sentinel
- new hero infernal
- new hero sun striker
- more new heroes to be revealed later

- rebalancing water wizard
- rebalancing warlock
- rebalancing pheonix knight
- rebalancing or removing dahaka
- misc. bufixes

We can't promise a date to you guys, but we're gonna work on it pretty much whenever we get time. Our hope is to have some betas by the mid month.

We've tried to pare down the list to things that are of the greatest importance.

If you feel strongly about ANY issue in the game, please speak up. Reply to this thread with your concern, even if we already mentioned it in this post or told you we'd address it.

Auto-balance or rebalance is also on our minds, although it is a lot more work than any of the other changes. We may have to put it off in the interests of getting a map to you guys sooner. Or perhaps we can code it while we beta test the remainder of the map.

Oh and in case you can't read suave's handwriting, "bufixes" means "bug fixes."

fix for the unpathable terrain-bengal glitch? it's posted in the forums.
i think it could be fixed with the removal of a couple trees so that bengal cant get up there to begin with.

These are additional things I would like to see in b4:

1) Make a mode to disable domination victory, or at least make it more customizable. If I understand it correctly, domination victory is when your team's kills - their team's kills = number of players on your team * 3 (or more). Ie: -dom [number] makes domination victory set to:

Your team's kills - their team's kills = number of players on team * [number].

2) Replace the Observer slots with Replacement players. (I already posted about this here, just reminding you guys :p.)

3) Possibly add mandatory teamsell of leaver's items, or create a mode where teamsell is active. I know that huge imbalances will (hopefully) not be an issue anymore, with items changes, but still.. a leaver at 20:00 into the game with three recipe items, all of which are taken by the same person can create problems.

I also have item suggestions, but they are more long-term, rather than ideas for b4, so I'm omitting them for now.

<Edit: Also make sure to do those bufixes (sorry, I had to :p).

Will be removed entirely or disabled by default.
