Anja's Poison Arrow doesn't hit air units

When using poison arrow on the bird creeps next to southern base, they are not hit by the spell. Also as a side note, if multiple melee units are close to her when she cast poison arrows, she too gets hit by the spell. It seems to only affect her when poison arrows is at level 2, but don't rely on that.

I'm not sure why it's doing that. I took a look at the code and it seems fine. I think I saw it happen once too, though. Stay tuned.
