Soul Troll

I've played Soul Troll a few times, and after spending most of the game farming free combat levels and getting the cash to build moonblade he can just about kill anyone regardless of what your other hero is. I'm not sure if it is the moonblade or the ult which needs the nerf, but I guess that'll become more obvious in b2 when you reduce the proc chance on moonblade.

Both are being nerfed, in fact. His ult is decidedly too strong.
