Neutral Creeps

In my opinion, you need to bring the exp of the neutral creeps in line with the exp from about 2 heroes in 1 lane. I just played a game where one player was able to go all the way up to level 20 when most of the other heroes were level 9-11. One or the other needs to be changed.

The experience from neutral creeps, if you're doing them full-time, should be about that of a single hero in a lane, maybe slightly less. If you have 2 heroes in a lane, you deserve to be getting less experience. You have an advantage in controlling that lane, however.

After some investigation, turns out you were right. Neutrals were giving way more experience than we intended. Good catch.
