Functions more or less like charm. Does not affect heros.

Stun 1/2/3/4 for creeps .5/1/1.5/2 for heros
Cooldown 25

I was thinking this one would have a little longer stun for the creeps. that way it wouldnt be OP agianst other heros. Damage might be a little much if so just say the word and i can take it down a little.

Meditation
Cooldown 35/30/25/20

Well i cant really think of a good way to put this up there so more or less this would make it so your shields would start to recharge( like they do after 8 seconds). Down side to this skill is that it would have to stand still or the shields would stop recharging.

Psychic Flood
Drains Psions shields.
Shield drain 1000/1500/2000
Does damage equal to shield loss divided among EVERYTHING (excluding buildings,Including allys) in a 750 range.
No damage cap.

The ultimate is more or less meant to be The psion unleashing all the reserves hes got. it is an uncontrollable flood of energy. That is why it hits Allys. And i figured it balanced it out a little more because 2000 damage is a lot so this way its divided up between more people
