Raven the Shinobi

His Ember Blink only works in "ventured" areas explored. Can't a blink work even if you have not been there before? It would be an awesome to fix because then he can use his blink as an offensive/defensive/farming skill. A lot of situations can arise where not exploring an area can mean death or maybe even a missed kill because u can't blink cus of said "not ventured/explored area. I don't know whether this is a bug or not =/. Anyways thanks for your time and thanks for making this game.

This doesn't seem like a bug. Most AoS games are like this, even dota.
